By Teresa Lujan | Team GWG Prostaff
Ingredients:
1lb ground venisonÂ
1 onion (diced)
2 potatoes (cubed)
3 roma tomatoes (cubed)
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 bag fresh green beans (cut)Â
Salt, pepper, garlicÂ
6 cups beef brothÂ
Directions:
- Start by adding venison and onion to a large pot coated with oil. Brown over medium-high heat and season to taste.
- After the juices have almost entirely evaporated, add in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes, green beans, and broth. Add in any other vegetables or seasonings of your choice.Â
- Stir well, making sure everything is submerged in liquid, adding more if needed, and cover.Â
- Let boil for 15-20 minutes on medium-high heat or until the vegetables are tender. Serve in a large bowl and enjoy with your favorite crackers.Â
Note: You can add everything into a crockpot after finishing step 1 and cook on low for four hours.
