How to Measure Your Waist
Measure around your natural waist—usually at your belly button.
Depending on your body shape and how you wear your leggings, the waistband may sit slightly higher or lower.
Note: Some models are wearing the leggings below their natural waist. Measurements shown below their photos reflect how the waistband sits on them.
How to Measure Your Hips
Stand with feet straight together and measure around the fullest part of your hips/rear.
