Shipping Policy
At HolStrength, we prioritize getting your order to you as swiftly as possible. Hereβs what you need to know:
β’ Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We do not ship on weekends, and during holidays or peak times, processing may take longer.
β’ Domestic Shipping: After processing, packages may take up to 10 days to arrive.
β’ Express Shipping: For second-day and overnight express orders, the cutoff is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after this time on Fridays will ship the following business day.
β’ Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping fees, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for such orders.
β’ Stolen Packages: HolStrength is not responsible for any stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction means everything to us. As a small business, we appreciate your support and want you to love your purchase. We offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges.
Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
β’ Must be unwashed, undried, and unworn.
β’ No excessive wrinkling or signs of use.
β’ Must be free from animal or human hair and lint.
β’ No detergent stains or strong odors.
β’ Items must include original tags if applicable.
β’ Note: Water bottles are non-returnable for sanitary reasons.
Return Process:
1. Eligibility Check: Ensure your items meet the above conditions.
3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, you can request an exchange within 60 days of receiving your item.
β’ Exchange Process:
2. Ship the item back within 3 days of receiving approval.
3. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt, with the shipping cost for replacements covered by us.
Important Note: If stock is unavailable for exchanges, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photographic evidence, your order number, and your name at support@gwgclothing.com.
