Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Your order will ship via UPS or USPS within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email support@gwgclothing.com. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. We’ll replace it or refund the item at no cost—just submit a photo via email to support@gwgclothing.com within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item, then place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method—please allow some time for your bank to process it.
