Shipping

Carriers & Delivery

  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the items ordered

  • Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS only

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays may experience a slight delay

  • Important Notes

  • Be sure to enter your complete shipping address, including any suite or apartment numbers, to avoid delivery delays

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details

Returns

We want you to love your gear. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@gwgclothing.com to request a return authorization

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Please send the item(s) back within 10 days of return approval

Return Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee

  • All returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is issued

Return Processing Time

  • Please allow 3–4 weeks for return shipping, inspection, and refund processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
