All questions, returns, or exchanges for KLUK items should be initiated by emailing support@gwgclothing.com. Please do not send any items back without first contacting GWG.
Returns & Exchanges
KLUK Custom Calls allows returns within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a KLUK return or exchange:

Email support@gwgclothing.com with your order details.

Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges:
KLUK will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. For other exchanges, you may return the item (following the process above) and place a new order.

Shipping Information
KLUK Custom Calls processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:

UPS Ground Saver: 2–7 business days
Delivery times begin once the package leaves KLUK’s warehouse. Times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Once a package is handed to UPS, neither KLUK or GWG is responsible for shipping delays.
