Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns: Items purchased in November or December can be returned through January 15th.
Standard Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note, there is a 10% restocking fee on returns for this partner.
Return Requirements:
Items must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging, hang tags, and labels must be intact
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Credits: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or credit within 3-4 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method or you may opt for a store credit.
Exchanges: Need a different item? We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.
Shipping
Processing Time: Orders placed on weekdays are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order heads out the door.
Responsibility: Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
