Product Summary:
The Emma Satchel by Lady Conceal boasts fine genuine leather and meticulous craftsmanship. The laced side and crisscross knots add subtle elegance. The main interior features a zippered pocket, 2 open slip pockets, another large open pocket, and a leather key strap for immediate access to your keys. The adjustable crossbody strap easily clips on and off and measures 28” - 51” (drop 12.5” – 24”). The double handles measure 14” long with a 5” drop.
Locking Concealment:
The ambidextrous concealment compartment, located on the back, is designed for right or left-handed users. It is secured with YKK locking zippers and includes 4 keys. This compartment measures 9” L x 7” H. It is constructed of wear-resisting/scratch-resistant nylon and can accommodate a large-frame handgun. This bag comes with a medium universal holster with Velcro for a secure fit in the concealment pocket.

Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns:
Items purchased in November or December can be returned through January 15th.
Standard Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Requirements:

Items must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, hang tags, and labels must be intact

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days.
Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Credits:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or credit within 3-4 business days.
Refunds will go back to your original payment method or you may opt for a store credit.
Exchanges:
Need a different item? We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.
Shipping
Processing Time:
Orders placed on weekdays are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
Weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day.
Tracking:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order heads out the door.
Responsibility:
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
Holiday Schedule
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on federal holidays. These days do not count as business days when calculating shipping timeframes.
If you place an order over a holiday weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.
