Product Summary:
The Faith Leather Crossbody by Lady Conceal is crafted from premium full-grain leather, each piece uniquely showcasing natural grain variations and developing a beautiful patina over time. The intricate stitching on the front and back compliments the front zipper pocket with its classy tassel. The interior is divided into two parts by the concealment pocket. The front features two open slip pockets, the back has a zippered pocket, a large open pocket, and a strap for your keys. On the back of the bag are 2 slip pockets for your cell phone or other necessities. The crossbody strap measures 29” - 52” long with a 13” - 26” drop.
Locking Concealment:
The concealment compartment is secured with YKK locking zippers which are discreetly hidden with leather flaps. It is located in the center of the purse and measures approximately 10” L x 6.5” H. It is designed for right or left-handed users and features wear-resistant nylon. A large-frame handgun can be easily accommodated. A universal holster is included which features Velcro on both sides for a secure fit in the concealment pocket.

Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns:
Items purchased in November or December can be returned through January 15th.
Standard Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Requirements:

All original packaging, hang tags, and labels must be intact

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days.
Be sure to include photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Credits:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or credit within 3-4 business days.
Refunds will go back to your original payment method or you may opt for a store credit.
Exchanges:
Need a different item? We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.

Weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day.
Tracking:

Responsibility:
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
Holiday Schedule
