Product Summary:
The Josie distressed leather crossbody by Lady Conceal is crafted with full-grain leather. The genuine leather hair-on Josie features a unique Indian Leopard print trimmed in leather. This bag offers ample storage options. The front and back feature a large full-size open slip pocket with magnetic closure. The interior is divided into two parts by a full-length zippered pocket. The front compartment features two open slip pockets, and the back compartment has a zippered pocket and a leather key strap. The adjustable crossbody strap measures 31”-55” (drop 13.5”- 27”).
Locking Concealment:
The ambidextrous concealment compartment, located on the back, is designed for right or left-handed users. It is secured with YKK locking zippers and includes 4 keys. This compartment measures 9” L x 5.75 H on the solid-colored Josie and 10" L x 5.75" H on the Leopard Josie. This compartment can accommodate a medium-frame handgun. A universal medium holster is included which features Velcro for a secure fit in the concealment pocket.

Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns:
Items purchased in November or December can be returned through January 15th.
Standard Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Requirements:

All original packaging, hang tags, and labels must be intact

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds & Credits:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or credit within 3-4 business days.
Refunds will go back to your original payment method or you may opt for a store credit.
Exchanges:
Need a different item? We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value. If you’re exchanging for a more expensive item, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.

Weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day.
Tracking:

Responsibility:
Once your order leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.
Holiday Schedule
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on federal holidays. These days do not count as business days when calculating shipping timeframes.
