Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx.
Overnight delivery is only available within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available. Tracking details are typically active within 24 hours.
Damages
If your product was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods. Contact us at support@gwgclothing.com so we can arrange a replacement.

Return Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company. If issues persist, please contact us.
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@gwgclothing.com for instructions.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
- We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
