Production Time and Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are two separate parts of the order process. Production time is the time required to manufacture, sew, prepare, inspect, and pack your order before it leaves our facility. Shipping time begins only after the order has been completed and handed over to the carrier.

U.S. Shipping Rates

• Free U.S. shipping on orders $99.99+
• Flat $10 U.S. shipping on orders under $99.99

Current Production Times

Every Kydex holster is made to order. Our holsters are not pre-made and stored on shelves. Tegris products and select bag models also require manufacturing or sewing after the order is placed.

Current production times are:

• 7–10 business days for Kydex holsters, Tegris products, and select bag models
• 2–3 business days for fabric accessories that are already available for fulfillment

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Production times reflect our current workload and may be updated when order volume changes.

Orders With Different Production Times

If your order includes products with different production times, the entire order will ship together after all items are completed.

For example, if an available accessory is ordered with a Kydex holster, the order will follow the 7–10 business day production time.

Order Status

If your order is still within the stated production time, it is being manufactured, prepared, or inspected and has not yet reached the shipping stage.

You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Please contact Girls with Guns for an update if your order has not shipped after the stated production time.

Shipping Time

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 4–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package has left our facility. Production time is not included in the carrier's estimated delivery time.

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, tracking updates and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Free Returns and Exchanges — U.S. Only

We offer free U.S. returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. A prepaid return shipping label is provided for eligible U.S. returns and exchanges.

Return Window

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Condition Requirements

The product must be unused, with no signs of wear, and all original labels attached.

If the product shows significant signs of wear or damage, the return or exchange may be subject to refusal.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging a product for a similar product of equivalent price, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will ship the replacement to you.

If you wish to exchange a product for another with a price difference, you will need to make a return and place a new order for the desired product. A return shipping label will still be provided for the initial return.

Processing Time

It will take 2–4 business days for your return or exchange to be entered into our system.

Once your request is entered, you will receive an email notification confirming that the process has begun.

For refunds, you will only be notified once the refund is completed or if additional information is required.

After being entered into our system, your return or exchange may take up to an additional 2 weeks to process through production and replace your item, if applicable.

International Orders

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other charges required by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because duties, taxes, or customs charges were not paid, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs processing and local carrier delays.

Order Cancellation

You may submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.
