How long does it take to ship my order from time of purchase?
Carry Girl Gear works hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! All apparel is made to order by Carry Girl Gear, who prints, quality check, and packages each item with care.
Fulfillment Time: Approximately 5–6 business days after your order is placed.
Once your CGG gear is packaged, it ships via USPS and FedEx to get it to you as fast as possible!
Shipping Times (after fulfillment):

Holiday Note: Please allow an additional 3–4 days for orders placed during November and December.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your item. To begin the process, email support@gwgclothing.com
- Once approved, ship your item within 3 days of contacting us.
- Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Returns & Cancellations
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. To start a return, email support@gwgclothing.com

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days with a photo of the issue, your order number, and your name at support@gwgclothing.com. Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for replacement.

- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items deemed unsellable (e.g., with odors or damage) will not be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- International orders and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
