Processing Time: 5–7 business days

Delivery Estimates: 1–3 business days after shipment (weather or USPS delays possible)

Tracking: Customers receive email notifications with tracking once order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Liability: Girls with Guns is the point of contact for missing orders; neither the vendor nor Girls with Guns is responsible once USPS picks up the package.
Returns & Refunds:

Return Eligibility: Within 15 days of delivery for holsters, apparel, accessories, pajamas, and size extenders. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached. Clearance/final sale items are not eligible.

Return Process: Complete a return/exchange form and ship items back. If returning items with a free gift, the gift must be included or refund is adjusted. Customers pay for return shipping.

Refund Process: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear. Store credit or exchanges are issued the same day inspection is completed.

Exchanges: Processed same day as inspection; shipment occurs within 1–2 business days unless delayed.

Defective/Manufacturing Issues: Vendor warranties holsters for 3 months against defects. Email support@gwgclothing.com for issues.
Holiday Returns:

Items shipped between Nov 20–Dec 20 can be returned until Jan 10. After Jan 10, only store credit or exchange allowed.
