Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly refund your money (minus shipping fees) to your original method of payment. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of order.

To Qualify for a Refund

You must have placed your order online at www.gwgclothing.com. Products ordered from authorized retailers must be returned to the retailer for a refund or exchange.

Items Must Meet The Following Criteria

All GWG hangtags must be attached in the original position. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in perfect, re-sellable condition. Items must be free of dirt, dust, pet hair, lint, deodorant marks or household odors (including cigarette smoke and perfume). The discount for the item must not be 50% or greater.

Last Shot Items

All Last Shot (final sale) items are NOT eligible for a refund. If you are unsure if your item is a Last Shot item, please contact us before you return your item. Any Last Shot items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If You Need A Different Size

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please go online and place a new order for your new size. Return your old size to us within 30 days and we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your items(s).
