INDE Returns & Exchanges — Handled by Girls with Guns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your INDE purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve got your back with an easy returns and exchanges process.

Please note: This policy applies only to INDE products purchased through Girls with Guns Clothing.

Shipping Lead Times:

All holsters are made to order and lead time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. 

  • Orders WITHOUT a holster will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. 
  • Orders containing BOTH holster(s) and bag(s) will ship together once the holster is complete. All holsters are made to order and lead time is 10-14 business days from the date of purchase. 

Tracking:

  • Once a product ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Your product will arrive in 5-7 business days on average once shipped.
  • Your order can be tracked via UPS/USPS by the tracking number provided via email.

Returns and Exchanges Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please email support@gwgclothing.com to begin your return or exchange. We’ll send you detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free on your first return package from any order of INDE bags & holsters.
  • If you’ve already made a return from the same order but would like to return additional INDE items from that same order, you can request another return label from us. A $7.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the additional return. Please note: all returns must still be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

Exclusions

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, such as final sale items. Please refer to the product description for any exclusions.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective INDE item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@gwgclothing.com. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please contact support@gwgclothing.com right away. While we’ll do our best to help, we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout and cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
