Third-Party Vendor Items are products sold on our website but produced and branded by external companies. Girls with Guns Shipping Policy

Items purchased from the GWG collection page at www.gwgclothing.com will be shipped from Red Bluff, CA within 3-5 business days unless noted otherwise on the product. If an item is on backorder or available for preorder, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. Other items may be shipped from different locations.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer the following return options:

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Items from the GWG collection must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders returned after this 30-day window will be sent back to you.  See below on how to start the return process.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect, re-sellable condition. All original GWG hang tags must be attached. Items should be free of dirt, dust, pet hair, lint, deodorant marks, or household odors (including cigarette smoke and perfume).
• Discounted Items: Product or bundles purchased at a discount of 50% or greater are not eligible for return. However, in some cases, these items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation, and we’ll be happy to assist you. 

Return Process

1. Obtain Return Authorization: Email support@gwgclothing.com with your GWG order number to start the return process and receive a Return Authorization.
2. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This includes sending the return/exchange to GWG and the cost of shipping an exchange back to the customer.  All shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Place your order number on the outside of your package to expedite the return in our warehouse. 

1. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. In some cases, at our discretion, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund, particularly for products that are not eligible for return. Store credit will be issued based on the circumstances and as outlined in other sections of our return policy.

Exchanges

To process your exchange, please return the original item following the steps outlined above in Return Process. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you for payment of the exchange shipping cost. After payment is received, we will promptly ship your replacement item.

Partial Bundle Returns

If you'd like to keep part of the bundle, you can return individual items for store credit. A $5 restocking fee will apply for each partial bundle return to cover the bundle discount.

The amount of store credit issued will be based on the discounted price of the item within the bundle. Since bundle items may not always be equally discounted, the value for each item will be calculated based on the proportionate share of the total bundle price. If the items within the bundle have been assigned different discount percentages, we will calculate a fair refund based on the item’s portion of the overall bundle price, minus the $5 restocking fee.

For example, if you return one item from a bundle, we will:

1. Determine the item's proportionate value based on the total bundle price, taking into account any uneven discounts.
2. Issue store credit for that amount, minus the $5 restocking fee.

Please note that in certain cases, the calculated refund amount may vary depending on the discount structure applied to the bundle. We aim to ensure that each item is fairly credited according to its value within the bundle.

Defective Product Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order (as determined by the tracking details). We will gladly accept returns for defective products and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Return Process for Defective Products:

1. Contact our customer service team (email: support@gwgclothing.com) with your order number and a description of the defect.
2. We may ask for photos of the defect to help us assess the issue.
3. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
4. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on availability.

Please note that defects are considered as manufacturing errors and not damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. Items that have been damaged during shipping should also be reported immediately.

Third-Party Vendors

Our return policy applies exclusively to Girls with Guns Clothing items purchased directly from www.gwgclothing.com. For items purchased on our website from our third-party vendors, you will need to contact us at support@gwgclothing.com to initiate the return process.
