How long does it take to ship my order from time of purchase?
Carry Girl Gear works hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! All apparel is made to order by Carry Girl Gear, who prints, quality check, and packages each item with care.
Fulfillment Time: Approximately 5ā6 business days after your order is placed.
Once your CGG gear is packaged, it ships via USPS and FedEx to get it to you as fast as possible!

Holiday Note: Please allow an additional 3ā4 days for orders placed during November and December.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, you may request an exchange withinĀ 10 daysĀ of receiving your item. To begin the process, emailĀ support@gwgclothing.com
- Once approved, ship your item withinĀ 3 daysĀ of contacting us.
- Exchanges will be processed withinĀ 5 business daysĀ of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, but weāll cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Returns & Cancellations

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us withinĀ 3 daysĀ with a photo of the issue, your order number, and your name atĀ support@gwgclothing.com. Items must beĀ unworn and unwashedĀ to qualify for replacement.

- All items must beĀ unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items deemed unsellable (e.g., with odors or damage) will not be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
