SHIPPING

Most orders leave our warehouse within 3 – 5 business days. During the Christmas season orders may not leave the warehouse for up to 7 business days.

RETURNS

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition. All GWG hangtags must be attached in the original position. Items must be free of dust, lint or other household odors. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

For refund to your method of payment, item(s) must be received within 30 days of your receipt. If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your return. Only items purchased from gwgclothing.com will be accepted for return. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to post office boxes. We recommend sending items via USPS priority so that you may track your package. Girls with Guns reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements.

FINAL SALE ITEMS sold at a discount of 50% or greater are sold “as is” and are not eligible for return or exchange. Read Return Policy

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE If your items arrive damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact customer service at 1-918-283-4953 for further instructions. If you receive damaged or defective goods or an incorrect item, we will reimburse for ground shipping costs to return the item.

DUTIES AND TAXES

DUTIES AND TAXES Duties and taxes will vary by country. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and any other custom charges from their country. If the order is refused or returned, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred. There are no refunds on shipping charges after the package has left our warehouse.

EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition. All GWG hangtags must be attached in the original position. Items must be free of dust, lint or other household odors. Check GWG website to verify desired exchange item is in stock. On a copy of the original invoice, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund).

Supply your contact information (especially if you were the recipient of a GWG gift) If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your exchange. Only items purchased from gwgclothing.com will be accepted for exchange. For all U.S. exchanges (excluding *Footwear exchanges), include $5.00 check or money order for return shipping.

If you wish to pay by credit card, please provide your phone number and we will call you for your credit card information. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. To qualify for an exchange, items must be sent to GWG within 60 days of your receipt.

If you would like to exchange your item for an item of lesser value, we will automatically refund the difference to your form of payment. If you would like an item of greater value, please include your telephone number so that we may call you for additional payment information.
