So far I have not found any women’s hunting clothing that would actually keep me warm In freezing late season temps plus fit correctly and not be extremely bulky. This jacket passed both test! I am 5’4 and 110 and the XS fit great. I also love the silence of the exterior of the jacket. Nothing is worse than a loud jacket exterior that scrapes together every time you draw back. I am anxious to see how the deer respond to the coloring and pattern of the jacket. The only suggestion that I would love to see would be an opening in the back of the jacket for your safety harness.

This is by far the warmest women’s hunting coat I have ever owned. I originally had some issues with sizing because I have a pretty short stature and short arms. Because the jacket is so warm, it is bulky. The size Small ended up being too large, but the XS fits great. I’m 5’2″ and 115 lbs. The XS still has room for added layers. Some features I love about this coat are the pockets and sleeves. The numerous pockets ensure that I have a compartment for all of my gear. For muzzleloader season, this feature was especially appreciated because I had pockets for my speedloaders, handwarmers, range finder, etc. I also love the neoprene wrist cuffs because my gloved could fit over them perfectly. They also prevented water from dripping down my sleeve when I was out in the rain.

I love this jacket! I’m 5’3 and 130 and have had a horrible time finding clothes that fit me and keep me warm without being too baggy. I bought this jacket in a small during Black Friday in 2019 and wore it this past deer and waterfowl season and it did a great job keeping my body warm! The only thing that throws me off about this jacket is the neoprene cuffs on the wrist! The idea behind them is great and it helps keep the warmth in but they are really tight and they kind of make my wrists feel restricted and That I can’t wear any gloves with them. However there is enough great things about this jacket that the sleeves don’t even bother me after awhile.

My husband surprised me with the complete Summit set for an early Christmas present this year! I had been going hypothermic in my tree stand even during our September archery season and I needed something to keep warm still hunting. Both the bibs & jacket are amazing!!! So comfy & cozy it’s a delight to put them on! And I recommend only a stretchy under-layer—especially for bottoms so you can utilize the drop-seat for bathroom breaks in the woods! They are so warm that I start sweating within 5 min in the house! The fit was a true size for me. The bibs & coat are really meant to be used together—I’ve never put on a warmer coat in my life! And it has an expected thickness for winter warmth, but it’s so soft & silent it’s super easy to move in and I do NOT feel like a puffy-marshmallow man! Both the bibs and coat have pockets EVERYWHERE!!! 🤩 I have not gotten to still hunt in them yet, but I wore them for some light hiking in freezing temperatures to check cameras… I totally overheated! So I’m confident they will do exactly what they are supposed to and keep me warm while I sit and wait in ambush! Also, the hood is crazy comfy! It comes up high and doesn’t give me a “mushed” feeling and the neck zips up right under my nose if I want it to… perfect for tucking my face away from the elements! With the hood up it kinda stays erect like a little cocoon for my head… I can turn my head without hearing a loud scratching inside material brushing against my ears—all the better when listening for target animals drawing near! The gloves are super warm too and the cuffs tuck perfectly into the coat sleeves and make a perfect air-barrier so my wrists are absolutely not going to get cold, and no body heat will be lost by or near my hands! The coat has very nice snow cuffs and are snug on my wrists—which I usually hate, but the material is soft and stretchy with out being irritating so I am able to enjoy the vital warmth-trapping feature of the cuff. It’s also THE most silent piece of camo I now own!

I have gotten to use this for the past two hunting seasons and have loved it every moment. The jacket is just wonderful for snow, it keeps you so warm, and when you want to cool down a bit in case you do get a little too toasty, you can always just unzip the pit-zips which help a lot when you start to warm up. I use this jacket more for when I a sitting still scouting more than hiking. It keeps you plenty warm when in an ATV or even sitting there when it’s snowing while scouting.

Very impressed with this jacket, for a heavy weight jacket this one is perfect for layering without feeling too congested around the shoulders and chest area. This was my go to for the colder September mornings riding out before the sun came up! All the different pockets are definitely an added bonus as well. If you don’t already have it I would add it to your cart ASAP!
