Ordered the same size as the black pants in kaki (XL). They were too small. Returned and ordered 1X and the legs are so narrow that I couldn’t get my calf in them. Returning and will not reorder. Remember larger women do not look good in narrow leg pants and if you are larger in general you have heavier legs. Not worth reordering a larger size since I will probably have the same issue.

I love these pants whether on the range, teaching in the classroom, or hiking. The stretch allows me to stay comfortable when moving and the fabric is great. Great color too to hide the dust when on the range.

I own three pairs in black and all are true to size. With this bundle, I’m going to get the grey. My favorite feature of these pants is that they are adjustable in length, so I don’t have to have them tailored to fit my 5’2 frame. Love these!!

As an avid compeititive shooter who participates in 20+ competitions every year, I cannot say enough positive things about these pants. I originally had a pair of the black Carbine Pants and then expanded my collection to the grey and khaki. They are flexible, true to size, have an amazing number of pockets, a convenient concealed carry holster for when I leave the range, and adjustable inseam which is so great when you are short and have to get most of your pants hemmed (like me).
One of the greatest things about these is that they are lightweight and not to hot to wear in the heat and humidity. On the other hand, they are thick enough to keep warm in the winter (sometimes I layer with the Concealed Casual or Athletic leggings for extra warmth)!

The fit is true to size. I am 5’2″ and 108 lbs. I ordered the small in black. I love the adjustable length as I have long legs. The adjustable waist is great also. I wore them for IDPA and I found the material to be very hot, sticky and sweaty. It was 80° but being lightweight I thought they’d be cooler and breathe better. I dont think I’d have been that hot in jeans!
Personally, on me, I feel they were very high waisted and found it hard to draw from holster during competition, but that’s just my opinion.
Overall not too bad.May be better on cooler days

These pants are not only my go to hunting pant but also they are a great addition to my work wardrobe. I own a gym and these pants are comfortable to help my clients workout in but dressy enough to look professional all while being able to conceal carry with ease. As for hunting I love the durability, and adjustable inseam. They fit perfectly as to not make any extra noise and one can easily climb over logs and rocks in comfort.

Very pleased I wear a size 14 and have a 3`1″ inseam These in XL fit so well with the side velcro to cinch in the waist and the snaps to fix the inseam length They give when you move and are very flattering on. I got them in black. I love the pockets too. So many women’s pants have little nothing pockets. These are awesome
Shipping was lightning fast too

I just got into competition shooting 2 weeks ago and competed in my first match last week. I needed some comfortable pants and I came across these. I have a hard time finding pants that fit my frame and height. I am just under 5’2” , weigh 119 pounds and a bit of a booty. I ordered these in a size small hoping theyd fit and in the charcoal color. I tried them on and instantly knew I made the right choice overall. The pants fit perfectly. If I went up to a medium, they probably would’ve been too big. I loosened up the adjustable waist straps for a bit more comfort. The pants fit nicely around my butt and thighs, but not constrictive and loosened up around the knee on down. I can squat down in them with no problem. The pants have an awesome adjustable leg length for short people like me. They bottoms of the pants fit nicely over my tennis shoes just the way I like. To be safe in washed them on delicate cool setting and hung them to dry.

Absolutely in love with these! Most comfortable hunting pants I’ve ever owned! The fit is perfect for me! I’m 5’7” 175# size large feels custom made for me! I was bird hunting last month in Hell’s Canyon country & on both hot days & rainy days, they were perfect! Getting ready to order a second pair right now.

I own a pair of these in khaki…bought them second hand to try them out. The material is stretchy and thick enough not to show every bump or anything we women don’t want folks to see…totally love them! The new black pair I ordered are a totally different fabric and don’t have an IWB holster like my khaki pair. They are also far narrower in the thigh and calf. Very disappointed in this new cut and fabric. Not sure how they will do on the range yet in comparison to my other pair, but we’ll see. I don’t have much confidence in them in comparison to my older pair. Remember GWG, we use these on the range….so up, down, prone, kneeling….we need room in the legs, stretch and durable fabric. We want form and high function. These new carbine pants are a disappointment.

I bought these recently in the grey and they did not disappoint. I’d been wearing the Lassen Hike Pants for hiking and hunting in the same size and these fit quite comparably to the others from GWG. They are extremely light and comfortably. I’m 5’4 with 44 inch waste and thicker thighs and they are perfect. I will say these are very thin, so if you are wearing in the field be advised they will not keep the stickers out, I have been poked a time or two. I know that is not the type of wear they are meant for but I was looking for a lighter pant to hike and hunt in for spring/summer and GWG pants just fit me so well I couldn’t pass them up. I did cut out the concealed carry pocket on the inside of the waste because it wasn’t comfortable and the material was poking me and I don’t carry that way, otherwise these are a great option and very comfortable. Will likely by a second pair.

If you can get these pants past your lower thigh, then they’re awesome. The cut on these is very weird. I have muscular legs and according to what I could make out from the sizes listed on the size chart (some sizes are missing from the so it was difficult), I should have been an XL. These would have fit around my waist and hips if I could have gotten them past my thighs, but the legs are very, very slim. I then ordered the XXL and while I could pull those up (with some difficulty – legs still somewhat tight), the waist was way too big. There also is very little stretch in the material. The fabric is thin. The overall quality and feel of the pant is great. I really wanted these to fit because I love the pant and all the pockets. Love the style as well. Unfortunately, the cut of the leg opening is just too small for those of us with muscular and/or heavier thighs.

Loving these pants! They look fabulous; straight leg but with enough flex in the material not to restrict activity. Also gives room for base-layer. Pockets wherever you could want a pocket…plenty for your knife, chapstick, spare mag, chapstick, TP, chapstick, did I mention chapstick ?!? The adjustable inseam is amazing, being usually between sizes. Bought them in khaki…planning on getting the black too! Kudos to Brooke for rocking these at LHC!

I have wanted these pants for awhile and I finally ordered them and they didn’t disappoint. They are very comfortable. I like how you can adjust the length and waist.

These have great stretch for the range. Any movement drills or competitions they flex nice. I like the deep front pockets (NORMAL pockets!) and side pocket to store a phone.
Haley Faith –
These are my go-to range pants. I ordered these in a XS and could’ve ordered a S. These pants are my motivation to stay lean. I am 105lbs and 5’3″. The, like most GWG pants, are adjustable in length and the waste band. This is an exceptional feature for women of short stature like myself. I love all the pockets on these pants as well!

Whether I’m headed to range or hunting. These are super comfy, perfect amount of stretch. Ive got quads and booty and these fit, not restricting at all. I can conceal and access my firearm quickly and with no issue. Love all the pockets. They are super super quiet too.

I love these pants. I ordered XS in castor gray, I’m 5’4” and 89 lbs. If you ever have XXS I’d have a better fit and not so baggy in the legs, but that’s the issue with clothing for me. But with the adjustable waist pulled way in it works. All the pockets are the greatest, my pistol rides beautifully in the IWB holster. I totally recommend these.

I purchased my first pair of the GWG Tactical pants when they were first introduced. These pants are so comfortable! And being adjustable – length and waist is an added plus, making them perfect for the range. Since I purchased the first pair, I lost over 50 lbs, so I’ve purchased 2 more pairs in a smaller size. I have the Black and Castor Grey colors and can’t wait for the khaki in a large to come back in stock.

I absolutely love these pants, they fit true to size. I wear these more than I wear jeans nowadays. They are great for auto work, hiking, range time, or everyday use. I love all the pockets, and how they fit. The grease stains from car oil do tend to stain the gray pants. I thought I would hate the Kaki, but I actually like them a lot more than the black now. Either way, I love them, and I own 5 or 6 of them now.
