I think the fit on these pants are great! I have owned every set of hunting pants that this company has put out and these are perfect. The legs have a bit of room and the adjustable waist and inseam are a big plus. I am a 9 in pants and ordered a large, I feel I could have ordered a medium and they would have fit great also as this set could easily have a layer underneath and still be roomy.

The feel of the material is amazing! I love the brush gaurd because it keeps me protected from all the rose-hip bushes and the morning dew. I wear size 5 and the small fits me great and I have room to add a base layer if I needed. And let’s not forget all the snack, I mean ammo, pockets 🙂

I recommend these pants for any bird hunter. The fit is true to size (I’m an 8 and purchased the med) and comfortable. I was able to sit and stand freely with no binding or bunching of material. Walking through stickers and brush wasn’t a problem at all. The reinforced portion of the legs keep all stickers from penetrating or even staying on the pants. At first I thought the brush wasn’t bad until the next day I had to wear a different brand (I didn’t wash my pants!) I was pulling stickers out for days with the other pants, NOT the GWG Highland. Next time-I’ll wear them dirty before i wear a different brand. The pockets are perfect! Front pockets are deep to hold items without falling out when you sit. The back pockets are placed well for wallet, knife and phone. Again, going from sitting and standing and twisting, the placement of the pockets keeps things where they should be. The leg pockets billow slightly and are great for extra shells, quail calls and chokes.

These are the first pair of upland pants that I’ve ever purchased and I am impressed. The fit is perfect. I am 5’7″, 160 lbs and purchased a size Large. I have plenty of room for a base layer if needed for late season. I like a pant that I can move in and not feel restricted and these are it! The adjustable waist and adjustable pant length is amazing. You can have a custom fit in a matter of seconds. The tough material on the bottom of the pant legs will be great for busting through sage and rough grasses and prickers this fall. The water resistance will also be a great thing for damp or frosty mornings. I purchased these pants along with the 1/4 zip shirt (it’s also fabulous and lightweight for warm days while protecting me from the Colorado sun!) and they look really sharp as a set! The blaze orange trim is in all the right places and really compliments a women’s shape. My 5 year old even said “Mom, you look good” when I was trying them on. So excited to try them in the field!!

I really wanted to like these but the proportions were off for my body shape. I ordered both the medium and large. The medium fit nicely in the waist but were a touch too tight in the thighs and the rear. I wouldn’t have been able to fit a layer under them during cold weather hunts. The large fit great in the thighs (loose but not baggy) but were enormous in the waist and rear. I’m 5’5”, 145 lbs and tend to carry my weight in my rear and thighs. On the plus side they have snaps in the legs to adjust the inseam…genius.

FANTASTIC fit. I have struggled finding pants for bird and rabbit hunting for years. I have tried so many other brands. For reference I’m 5’2”, size 14 in AE jeans (as you ladies know, jeans sizes from different companies all vary-ugh). I have a smaller waist, bigger thighs and short legs! I could never find pants that would fit both my length and everywhere else. GWG- PLEASE continue to make the adjustable inseam and waist on all pants for ladies. Thank you for understanding women need adjustable sizing. This is amazing. I am so thankful and ready to field test these pants.

My pup just turned 1 and hasn’t been upland hunting yet but the pants are very durable in the field while training her. And have held up while walking through thorn bushes while hiking. They were out of stock for women’s small so I got the mediums they are quiet large on me. When they have small pants in stock I will definitely order another pair in the correct size. Highly recommend.

I bought these in 2019. I really wanted to love these pants, but they wore out in less than a year. There was a hole that tore right in the inner thigh area. I am really hoping that the new pair coming out this fall are more durable. I love the design of these just needs more durable fabric.

Really put some miles on these pants during Buck season, were warm in the morning and not hot later in the day. Even fell into hidden bog and dried out quickly. I ended up with XL instead of L due to availability when I ordered so I’ve had to add extra velcro but that just leaves extra room for leggings. The real test will be Elk season in Dec.

These pants are so comfortable ! They are breathable but not thin! Would recommend them for any bird hunting, hiking or shooting !

I can’t express how excited I was to receive these pants in the mail. I tried ordering these when they were first released. I am 5’3″ and weigh 105lbs. I originally ordered these in a size S, but they were too big. The pants were out of stock in an XS until recently. The XS pants fit great. The best features about these pants are that both the waste band and leg lengths are adjustable. The velcrow on the waste band allows me to make the pants smaller to fit my waste perfect. The snaps on the legs ensure these can be made to fit any height. I look forward to getting out in the field for an upland hunt with these babies!
